We are service and process oriented to deliver real solutions for your business. Our team originates mainly from the Wrocław University of Technology, the premier engineering institute of Poland. Our staff's excellent educational background coupled with years of experience with leading software companies enables us to deliver solutions to the highest standards. Our employees are highly skilled experts supplying customers with high-quality .Net development services, Oracle advisory and SQL database solutions. We choose our developers very carefully and no one gets onto our development team without having first excelled in our interview process and technical tests. Once we employ a developer we intend to keep them. High staff turnover in development teams is something we have eliminated. The obvious benefits to the customer are continuity of service and rapid turnaround on any issues that occur, those that wrote it fix it is by far the most efficient model for development and support.
Steve is one of the co-founders of output42. Prior to output42 he worked for Rusada Software setting up and directing their Polish development centre. "It was a megalomaniac developer's dream come true" comments Steve, "to take a team from no software and one person to an Enterprise class application and a team of 35". He has also been a long time director of UK based software company Crabb Computing, providing solutions for such luminaries as Marks & Spencer, The London Stock Exchange and Carlson Marketing. When he gets time to develop, C#, .Net and SQL Server are his weapons of choice.
Before Steve began his software development career he completed his aeronautical degree at Hatfield Polytechnic where he spent more time in the computing department than at the drawing board. Before and during his studies he worked for the influential aerodynamicist and designer Frank Costin (Vampire, Venom, Vanwall, Lotus) building and testing prototype racing cars, aircraft, land yachts and speedboats. So an unconventional start. Before that he picked carrots and before that it all gets a bit hazy.
When its time to relax Steve likes nothing better than to jump in his glider and do battle with his fellow pilots in gliding competions around the globe. Along with his brother and co director, Paul, he has been part of the Irish Gliding team competing at European and World Championship level for the past 15 years.
Steve lives with his wife Ania and little girl Hannah near Wroclaw. He loves the intelligence, humour and pragmatism that is Poland.
Paul is a co-founder of Output42. Prior to Output42 he has worked extensively in software development for small medium and large companies in construction, manufacturing, marketing and aviation sectors . He was the co-founder of Refinish, a Polish based aviation MRO business.
Paul has a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Limerick but has spent most of his time engineering software.
Paul lives in the middle of the UK, is married with a toddler. He lives next to a gliding club where he spends his spare time gliding. He forms part of the Irish Gliding team with his twin brother Stephen.
Michal is a founder and Technical Director for output42. He joins from Rusada software where he was the Director of Programming responsible for heading up a team delivering a large enterprise class aviation application. Michal has worked with Steve and Paul since he was a student at the Wroclaw University of Technology where he graduated with a masters degree in Computer Science. He has one passion in life and that is to understand and create great software. When he's not working on technology, he's reading about it. He strongly believes that good software comes from good developers and that using the right technology is fundamental to coming up with an optimal solution. When his wife and son can drag him away from the computer screen Michal has been known to attack the ski slopes and do a spot of hiking.
Greg is one of directors of Output42. Greg led projects and engagements in a variety of industries from Worldwide Manufacturing to IT companies. He has been working in the USA, UK, Germany and Poland. He has been successfully adopting business methods like VMI, SCM, EDI at some of the world's largest consumer electronics and aviation manufacturers. Before joining Output42 Greg was also the founder of Refinish the Polish aviation MRO business. Greg is educated in electronics and also holds a MBA degree in economics at Oxford Brooks University. He lives with with his wife Iwona and two kids. When possible he enjoys spending his free time doing some off road biking.
Jarek has over 16 years of sales experience including top brand international corporations. He has recently cooperated with large IT and FMCG chains. Jarek was responsible for implementation and achievement of financial/sales targets, extensive contract negotiation and Category Management. Responsible for product sales and consultancy in Central Europe, Poland and in Ukraine.
Completed MBA studies with diploma at Thames Valley University. In Output42 responsible for strategy creation and makes sure that company goals result in customer satisfaction. His passion is travelling around the world especially in Asia. In free time he likes sailing and hiking
Steven is responsible for establishing contacts and managing projects across the U.S. Before he started working for Output42, he worked for a large IT company specialising in aviation technology. He has graduated from the University of Sunderland in the UK and he has also studied in the Netherlands and the United States. Steven is interested in computers, new technologies and working with people.
Being an IANTD instructor he spends every free moment diving.
Michal, for the last 7 years before joining output42, led a team of programmers, and became a software architect in Rusada software where he worked on a large C#/.NET aviation project. He has also worked on image processing and recognition software for PC's and dedicated DSP devices. He holds an MSc in Computer Science from the Electronics Department of the Wroclaw University of Technology. Most of his free weekends he spends with his family in the mountains, walking, skiing or cycling.
Bartek is key person responsible for software developement. Recently involved in the finance related and submarine R&D projects. Completed his master degree in Computer Science at the Wroclaw University of Technology.
Mariusz is a software developer with experience in C++ and C#. He joins from Rusada Software and holds an MSc in Computer Science from the Electronics Department of the Wrocław University of Technology. He took part in developing quite a few PC applications for production lines, TV head-ends and only one but big for aviation. He is passionate about good software architecture, algorithms and AI. When he is not developing, riding a bike, snowboarding, reading or relaxing with his wife Asia and little daughter Milenka then he is sleeping.
Michal joins from Rusada software where he was the key member of aviation application development team. He also has an in-depth knowledge of aviation operations and logistics software development. When he is not busy programming Michal likes reading science fiction, sightseeing odd places like Czernobyl power plant and playing abstract strategy games. Michal has an MSc in Computer Science from the Wroclaw University of Technology.
Joanna joins from Rusada software where she was the key member of aviation application Development Team. For the last six years she has worked on large projects in C # and .NET creating an ERP system for the airline industry. Joanna holds an MA in Economics and is also complete postgraduate studies in project management.
In her spare time Joanna likes to practice yoga, cycling and skiing.
Marcin has completed his master's degree in Computer Science at Wroclaw University of Technology. Working for over 7 years for clients in banking and the aviation industry he has a strong technical background in both .NET and JEE technologies. Knowing that technology is constantly changing Marcin is most passionate about the more fundamental aspects of his work - design patterns and creating sound object-oriented designs. He's also interested in modern, agile approaches to software development. Marcin lives with his wife Magda and little daughter Amelia in Wroclaw.
Karolina joins us from Rusada and is a graduate of the Wroclaw University of Technology where she gained a Master's Degree in Computer Science. Karolina is a Java and C# specialist with particular skills in aircraft technical records development and general reporting. When not immersed in technology Karolina loves to spend time with her brand new family.
Joanna joins us from Rusada where she led the operations development team. Joanna is a graduate of the Wroclaw University of Technology and holds Master's Degree in Computer Science. Joanna is a C++/C# specialist with 5 years experience in Aircraft Operations software development. Joanna loves to spend time with her daughter and husband Mariusz (see above).
Jacek joins us from Rusada software where he gained 5 years experience as a senior developer working on the technical records and asset managagement team. When he is not busy programming Jacek is a keen MS conference goer and also likes to get his feet wet in ocean going sailing. Jacek holds an MSc from the Wroclaw University of technology.
Asia is a graduate from the Technical Unversity of Wroclaw where she studied Computer Science and Marketing/Management. Before joining output42 as a tester she spent 3 years testing a large enterprise class aviation application. She rose to the position of senior tester leading the operations testing team. Prior to her testing career she was an e-commerce specialist for one of the largest e-commerce sites in Poland. Asia loves working with computers and is a born tester who thrives on finding and eliminating bugs. When she is not doing this she likes to splash about in the water or sail across it and of course spend time with her husband and beautiful new daughter.
Filip joins Output42 with 10 years of commercial branding, web design and development experience. His tools of choice are Photoshop, Dreamweaver, PHP, Joomla, Drupal, AxCMS and ASP.NET. Filip is the guy who makes us look good and puts a smile on the faces of customers who need refreshing up to date and functional web sites. He is also a profesional photographer. When he's not dreaming up great new layouts or beating CMS's into submision his time is fully occupied with his wife and four kids.
