Steve Crabb - President

Steve is one of the co-founders of output42. Prior to output42 he worked for Rusada Software setting up and directing their Polish development centre. "It was a megalomaniac developer's dream come true" comments Steve, "to take a team from no software and 1 person to an Enterprise class application and a team of 35". He has also been a long time director of UK based software company Crabb Computing, providing solutions for such luminaries as Marks & Spencer, The London Stock Exchange and Carlson Marketing. When he gets time to develop, C#, .Net and SQL Server are his weapons of choice.

Before Steve began his software development career he completed his aeronautical degree at Hatfield Polytechnic where he spent more time in the computing department than at the drawing board. Before and during his studies he worked for the influential Aerodynamicist and Designer Frank Costin (Vampire, Venom, Vanwall, Lotus) building and testing prototype racing cars, aircraft, land yachts and speedboats. So an unconventional start. Before that he picked carrots and before that it all gets a bit hazy.

When its time to relax Steve likes nothing better than to jump in his glider and do battle with his fellow pilots in gliding competions around the globe. Along with his brother and Co Director, Paul, he has been part of the Irish Gliding team competing at European and World Championship level for the past 15 years. Steve lives with his wife Ania and little girl Hannah near Wroclaw. He loves the intelligence, humour and pragmatism that is Poland.

Paul Crabb - Director

Paul is a co-founder of Output42. Prior to Output42 he has worked extensively in software development for small medium and large companies in construction,  manufacturing, marketing and aviation sectors . He was the co-founder of Refinish, a Polish based aviation MRO business.

Paul has a Mechanical Engineering degree from University of Limerick but has spent most of his time engineering software.

Paul lives in the middle of the UK, is married with a toddler. He lives next to a gliding club where he spends his spare time gliding. He forms part of the Irish Gliding team with his twin brother Stephen.

Greg Micorek - Director

Greg is one of directors of Output42. Greg led projects and engagements in a variety of industries from Worldwide Manufacturing to IT companies. He has been working in the USA, UK, Germany and Poland.

He has been successfully adopting business methods like LCC, VMI, SCM, EDI at some of the world's largest manufacturers, aviation MRO’s and distribution companies.

Before joining Output42 Greg was the founder of Acceler Sp. z o.o., a business consulting company supporting foreign investment in Poland and co-founder of Refinish the Polish aviation MRO business.

Greg holds a masters degree in Economics and Oxford Brooks University MBA degree. Speaks fluent Polish, English, German and communicative Russian and Spanish.

Now responsible for international business development and EU grant applications.

Bartosz Bojarowski - Software Developer

Bartek is key person responsible for software developement. Recently involved in the finance related and submarine R&D projects. Completed his master degree in Computer Science at Wroclaw University of Technology.

Jakub Pjanka - Sharepoint Developer

Jakub has graduated from Teleinformatics faculty at Wroclaw University of Technology. Bound with Microsoft technologies for over 10 years. Jakub is Microsoft certified MCSA, MCTS and MCITP. He loves Microsoft technologies, such as SharePoint, Exchange, Office Communications Server and security and management products family (Forefront and System Center). Jakub specializes in delivering SharePoint technology and other IT services. His other goal is popularizing Unified Communications idea covering technologies of SharePoint, OCS, Exchange and Windows Server. In his free time he likes doing extreme off-road riding.

Mateusz Orłowski - Sharepoint Developer
Mateusz completed his master degree in Computer Science and Telecommunications at Wroclaw University of Technology. Developing SharePoint solutions for last 3 years. Expert in in C# and SliverLight, XSLT and other new technologies. For the past year has been successfuly working on Unified Communications system implementation. In his free time likes skiing or snowboarding in Alps and windsurfing.
