Understanding your challenge

Every new aircraft must be fully integrated into your operational, maintenance, and regulatory systems before it can enter service. This involves loading vast amounts of technical data, including:

Aircraft configuration and specifications

Maintenance schedules and task cards

Avionics and software settings

Compliance documentation and performance data

Traditionally, many airlines rely on internal teams and manual processes to handle this onboarding. However, this approach often leads to delays, data inconsistencies, and increased workload for our already busy technical and IT teams. Manually transferring thousands of records increases the risk of errors, which can impact safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Expertise Matters

Instead of struggling with time-consuming, error-prone manual processes, a team of our aircraft data onboarding experts can ensure a faster, more accurate, and regulatory-compliant integration. With specialized knowledge and proven methodologies, experts help:

Our Approach

Give us the files you have from previous operator/lessor

We support the process from start to finish - from the initial sources to a ready AMOS system.

Give us access to your AMOS

We review your data sources and agree the onboarding scope with you

We are flexible - if the scope changes, we can support it.

We write code which turns your data sources into a format "digestible" by AMOS

We use official AMOS Data Transfer program (APN:261) and build XFiles. This approach comes with certain limitations which we can overcome by custom SQL scripts to ensure all the data is imported into AMOS.

We run trial uploads to AMOS and let you review the results

We deliver error reports explaining problems with data and advice on how to solve them.

We implement corrections based on your feedback

We run multiple iterations and seek feedback from the customer.

We run final migration into your production system

Depending on the scope, production upload might need to be performed on locked AMOS (no user activity).

Types of data imported during aircraft onboarding

During the data customization process, the following data elements may be imported. While not all of these are required for aircraft induction, they represent the types of data that are commonly relevant and which our migration service is equipped to support.

Aircraft data

Utilization and Flight Logs

Aircraft Configuration

Structural damages

Component data

Rotables

Counters

Parts

Assembly Configurations
(reference trees and actual trees)

Maintenance events data

Maintenance Programs - definition of taskcards missing in AMOS, compliance and next due

Part Requirements - definition of requirements missing in AMOS, compliance and next due requirements

Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB) and Engineering Orders (EO) - document definitions, sign off trees, compliance history and next due

MAREP, PIREP, defects - open and historical workorders
